2020 AGM of Bantry Bay Sailing Club

The 2020 AGM of Bantry Bay Sailing Club will be held on Monday, June 29, 2020 at 20:00 via video conference using Zoom (https://zoom.us ).
As you are aware the AGM was postponed due to Covid-19 government restrictions and at the time of postponement the committee was unsure how restrictions would affect the club.We can now freely travel within our own counties; however, the 2-metre social distancing rules still apply. Therefore, using the clubhouse for an AGM is no longer a viable option. The committee has agreed that the best option is to hold the AGM meeting using Zoom which means you can join the meeting from the comfort of your own home. The Zoom meeting login details and agenda will be sent by email no later than Friday, June 26, 2020.
Please submit any motions that you feel need to be included in the agenda by email to info@bantrybaysailingclub.ie on or before the 25th June, 2020; or in writing to The Honorary Secretary, Bantry Bay Sailing Club, Abbey Road, Bantry, Co Cork. P75 TW64
