BBSC CCTV Policy 2025
Closed circuit cameras operated on this premises are regulated in accordance with the GDPR and the Data Protection Act, 2018.
This policy was adopted by the Bantry Bay Sailing Club (BBSC) committee (the Committee) on 6th November 2024 and is subject to change. Purpose of Recording CCTV recording on this premises takes place for the safety and security of members, employees and visitors and all club and members boats and equipment in order to detect unauthorised interference with same and to detect intruders.
